Thank you for your interest in utilizing Tele-SalesForce.com for your business development and lead generation needs.  Having worked with hundreds of companies and uncovered literally thousands of leads, we know what it takes to run an effective  telesales campaign.  From understanding your unique market and unique value proposition, and then helping you articulate the value proposition in 20 seconds or less, and then navigating the maze of decision makers within your prospect base, this is what we do.

To effectively launch a campaign, our veteran team will work with you through our highly tested eight step set-up process, designed by an operations team with decades of experience with ISO 14001, utilizing many of the same techniques.  A typical campaign set-up will take anywhere from 30 to 40 man hours.

As you will see in the attached proposal, there are four components to our pricing model:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EFFORT (SET-UP FEE):  TSF gives you access to our world class team of sales and business development experts, a proven methodology, and a track record of successful telesales campaigns.  The set up consists of our script building expertise, management training of the telesales professionals, call list building utilizing various proprietary databases, and implementation of the project.  We normally put between 30-40 management hours into a project prior to kick off.  This fee also covers costs such as MP3 recordings of the calls, research and discovery of your market and competition, and other miscellaneous costs associated with launching a campaign.  Most companies charge anywhere from $2,500 - $25,000 for this service alone.

OUTBOUND TELE-SALES CAMPAIGN:  This is the core offering provided by Tele-SalesForce.com.  Our telesales professional are world class, make more dials than most other call centers, and are trained with the latest cold calling techniques.

DATA COLLECTION SERVICE: This is an optional service that most customers choose to utilize.  Since we are talking to your prospects, why not validate their contact information and keep track of their phone, fax, email, title, etc.

OPTIONAL MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: We have partnered with world class companies to provide things like:

RESULTS AND ROI CALCULATION:

RESULTS WILL VARY.  Actual numbers may vary depending on extent of Business Development work up-front, market conditions, and product/solution offering.  We've found the best way to determine an ROI is to use the following logic:

Assume that TSF will develop some number of 'good leads'. It may be ten or it may be 500, but let's use 25, for simplicity sake.  

  • How many of those 25 leads will you turn into clients?

  • What is the typical client worth?

  • Does the program pay for itself?
