  Mr. Chad Burmeister, Founder and Chairman of the Board                                          

Chad Burmeister has over a decade  of professional selling experience with Global Fortune 500 companies Federal Express and Airborne Express and enterprise software companies including:  i2 Technologies, Celarix, Descartes Systems Group, AMR Research and WebEx Communications.  Chad discovered offshore tele-sales support while working for a supply chain software company in Southern California and his personally been involved with helping dozens of companies launch successful telesales and telemarketing campaigns. 

Chad brings a unique combination of a sales hunter, and solutions sales expert.  He takes pride in delivering value to his customers and has maintained long-term relationships with all of the companies that he has worked with.

Chad has an MBA (emphasis in Computer Information Sciences) from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and has continuing education at the University of Irvine, CA where he specialized Supply Chain Studies.

 

  Mr. Stephen D'Angelo, President and CEO, Arasys Technologies

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Arasys Technologies, Stephen D’Angelo is responsible for driving growth and strategic direction of the company.

A seasoned veteran of the software industry, Stephen D’Angelo most recently held the title of the President of the Americas for Industri-Matematik International (IMI). IMI is a leader in supply chain management software specializing in complex Order Management, Fulfillment, Store Inventory optimization and Continuous Replenishment.

In 2001, Steve was asked to re-join IMI to increase company growth. During his tenure, Steve was responsible for all operations including sales, marketing, corporate strategy, product strategy, development, finance, business development, professional services, and analyst communications. He increased revenues five fold and decreased operating costs by more than 30%. In November 2002, Steve helped orchestrate the sale of IMI to Symphony Technology Group.

Prior to IMI, Steve joined Celarix as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development. Celerix is a provider of supply chain collaboration/visibility and logistics procurement software delivered in an ASP environment. At Celerix, Steve was responsible for building a stellar global sales and business development organization that increased company revenues 20 fold.

Prior to joining Celarix, Steve was the Vice President of Global Sales of Optum Software, a leading Supply Chain Execution firm. Upon Joining Optum, Steve was responsible for growing Optum’s sales team from eight sales people to 26 and software revenues from $23M (post acquisition) to over $35M.

Prior to Optum, Steve joined Industi-Matematik International (IMI) as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas. During his time at IMI, Steve was responsible for organization development, market expansion, and strategic growth within the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. During his tenure, the company grew from $18M in annual revenue to over $100M and became a publicly traded company.

Mr. D’Angelo has close to 20 years of sales and operations experience in the software industry through his work at Automatic Data Processing, Lawson Software, JBA International, IMI, Optum, and Celarix.

Mr. D’Angelo holds a business degree in Marketing & Management from Montclair University.

 

  Dr. Tathagata Dasgupta, Executive Vice President, Xavor

Dr. Tathagata Dasgupta brings a decade of experience in Supply Chain Management, value based strategic opportunity assessment methodology, pre-sales consulting, business development, and product marketing beginning with his doctoral research with Air Products and Chemicals Inc., through his development of the famous Value Based Strategic Opportunity Assessment Methodology and its implementation at i2 Technologies, and through running a Supply Chain Consulting Practice at Answerthink Consulting Group. He has dual Ph.D. titles – in Operations Research and in Business Administration, from Penn State University. Currently, he is also adjunct faculty at the Graduate School of Management at University of California at Irvine, as well as in School of Advanced Studies in University of Phoenix where he supervises doctoral dissertations in Management.
